Terms of Service
[General]
By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read and agree to all the Terms of Service outlined on this page. I reserve the right to decline a commission if I feel unable to complete it due to personal reasons.
[Payment]
Prices are listed in USD, and payments can be made via Paypal. Work on your commission will begin once full payment is received.
[Refund Policy]
If I haven’t started working on your commission, or if I’m unable to complete it for any reason, a full refund will be provided. If a refund is requested during the sketch phase, 50% of the payment will be returned. However, if the commission has moved beyond the sketch stage, refunds may not be possible.
[Revisions]
Once the sketch is complete, I will send it to you for approval. Please request any revisions at this stage, as changes later on could be more difficult and may delay the completion of the artwork. Keep revision requests minimal. Major changes, such as altering the entire character’s pose, may incur additional charges. I will proceed with the commission once the sketch and any revisions are confirmed.
[Timeframe]
Depending on the complexity of the artwork, please allow 1 to 3 weeks for completion. If you have a specific deadline or preferred completion date, please discuss this with me in advance to see if I can accommodate your request. Feel free to ask for updates or progress on the artwork at any time.
[Final Artwork]
When the commission is finished and approved, I will email you various versions of the artwork, including PNG format, unwatermarked versions, and files with transparent backgrounds. If you have specific requests for the final files, please let me know.
[Artwork Usage]
All commissioned artwork is for personal use only. If you intend to use the artwork commercially (in any profit-generating context), you must discuss this with me beforehand. Additionally, my artwork is strictly prohibited from being used in connection with NFTs or AI projects. As the artist, I retain the copyright to the commissioned artwork and may use it for future examples, social media, or portfolios. Please inform me if you prefer your commission to remain private.
[Commercial Work Pricing]
For commercial uses that do not involve mass production, such as social media advertisements and streaming, the commission cost will be twice the base price. For commercial uses that involve mass production, like book covers, keychains, or prints, the commission cost will be three times the base price.
